Automated Pickup Locker

For the first time in GTA, Xpress auto parts is providing access to its customer to pick their orders from the automated lockers. It will help the customers to provide same day pickup along with the safe secure one-time code system.

The Xpress parts locker is located outside in the parking lot in the middle of Brampton for easy customer access. The new service feature barrier-free access with a low-mount screen and has lockers to fit orders of any size.

HOW IT WORKS

It’s easy – customers simply add Xpress parts locker to their Xpress address book and select the location as the shipping address during checkout. Once a package is ready for pickup, customers receive an e-mail with a unique 6 or 4 digit code that they’ll use to remove the package from the designated slot.

What about returns?
This is another convenient aspect of Xpress automated locker. If you want to make a return, you can drop it off at a Locker where it was originally delivered.

Note-It is mandatory to take or drop the parcel from locker on the pick-up date between 9am to 5pm otherwise cancelation will be considered
